脑卒中后抑郁患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平研究 被引量:19

摘要 脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是以心境低落、兴趣下降等为特征的脑卒中常见并发症。其发生率为20%~60%[1],严重程度与脑卒中的预后密切相关,可明显增加患者死亡率。血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平升高近年被确定为脑卒中的独立危险因素[2],越来越受到人们的关注。但在脑卒中后抑郁症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的研究方面还未见过多涉及。
