摘要
考虑到不同国家和地区的水尺检量员在实际水尺检量工作中,对船舶排水量计算存在不同的理解和认识,使得大宗商品国际贸易中对商品数量的认定存在着一些纠纷,基于水尺检量原理,结合实际工作经验,分析水运散装货物船船水尺检量过程中影响计量的因素,为准确计量货物提供参考。
Because the draft survey inspection in different countries has different comprehension and realization in ship displacement calculation,there are some economic disputes in the staple commodity quantities of international trade.Based on the theory of depth gauge measurement and the working practice,various influence factors upon the depth gauge measurement for bulk cargo were analyzes,such as measure of harbor water density,ballast water and the trim correction,providing reference to measure the cargo deadweight accurately.
