摘要
基于有限元法建立艉轴承负荷优化模型,探讨艉轴承负荷优化过程中的目标函数、约束条件和设计变量的选择原则及影响因素。采用APDL语言编写负荷优化程序,通过优化,艉轴承负荷减少约11%,减少了艉轴承的磨损,提高了轴承的使用寿命。
Based on the finite element method,the load optimization model of the stern tube bearing was set up.The choice principles and influence factors of the objective function,constraints and design variable in the course of the load optimization were discussed about.Load optimization results by the APDL program showed that the stern tube bearing load can be lowered about 11%,which can reduce wear of the stern tube bearing and increase bearing′s life.
