摘要
通过对滚轮中心角与锥形筒体单位质量圆周力的分析,从理论上对锥形筒体周向稳定性进行研究。根据锥齿轮传动原理利用UG三维建模软件与ADAMS动力学仿真软件的优势进行动态仿真,研究不同滚轮中心角与锥形筒体周向稳定性之间的关系,得出滚轮中心角与锥形筒体单位质量圆周力动态仿真曲线,通过对仿真结果的分析,得出保证筒体稳定运转的中心角范围。
By analyzing the wheel angle and the circumferential force of unit mass of the tapered cylinder,the stability of the tapered cylinder was studied theoretically.According to the principles of bevel gear,the 3D modeling software UG and dynamic simulation software ADAMS was used to make joint simulation and the dynamic simulation of the tapered cylinder.The relationship between circumferential stability and the rolling wheel angles of the tapered cylinder.The simulation results were studied to derive the limits of central angle which ensures the tapered cylinder run well.
