Diagnosis and Maintenance of the Broken-down New-Style Bidirectional Electromagnetic Flow-meter

针对某船用新型双向电磁流量计在使用中出现的流量读数不稳定及相同工况下所测量流体正反向流动时流量值显示不一致的问题.结合理论分析、实验研究,判断产生故障的原因,得出解决问题的措施。经过维修,提高了流量计的稳定性和可靠性。通过标准测试平台实验和船上实际使用,达到了较好的治理效果。

The cause of the instability and the different reading when the liquid flow from the opposite way of the new-style bidirectional electromagnetic flow-meter in some ship was analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis and the experiments,solutions were given.The stability and the reliability of the flow-meter were improved after the maintenance.Experiments by the standard tester and the practice in the ship prove that the purpose has been achieved.
