摘要
针对液压系统管路接头密封中的产生生料带碎片易使液压元件功能失效的问题,提出应用工业胶粘剂密封管路技术,通过在甲板船用吊机液压管路接头密封中的使用验证该技术的可行性。
Aiming at the problem of the fragments cause easily failure of the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system pipeline,a new sealing technology applying an industrial mastic sealant was set forth.The feasibility of the method was verified by practical application in the crane′s hydraulic pipeline of a deck barge.
