摘要
胜利十号自升式海洋钻井平台作业水深50 m,钻井深度7 000 m,从发电机控制系统、电源系统、交流传动系统、PLC系统、MCC系统和司钻控制系统等方面对胜利10号平台的钻机电气传动控制系统进行设计介绍,实践证明,该设计完全可以满足钻井平台7 000 m钻机的生产需要。
The Shengli No.10 jack-up offshore drilling platform has capacities of 50 meters operating depth,and 7 000 meters drilling depth.This paper introduces the electric drive control system design of the rig platform from view of the generator control systems,power systems,AC drive system,PLC system,MCC control system and driller′s control system.The practical application of the rig platform showed that the electrical control design can meet the operation requirements of 7 000 m platform.
