摘要
通过对钢渣粉与水泥的化学成分及矿物组成的比对,用不同数量的钢渣粉替代水泥进行物理力学性能检测。检测结果表明,钢渣粉的胶凝活性虽然比水泥的活性低,但是相差不大;钢渣粉的胶砂强度随着龄期的增长与水泥的差距减少,而且能够满足42.5级硅酸盐水泥的强度要求。钢渣粉替代水泥配制活性粉末混凝土(RPC)具有可行性。
Through the comparison of the chemical components and mineral composition of steel slag powder and cement,physics and mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete(RPC),in which various proportions steel slag powder as a replacement for cement,were investigated.Testing results show that although the active cementing properties of steel slag powder were lower than that of cement,the properties of the steel slag powder replacement in RPC had little difference.The cement mortar strength distance between steel slag powder and cement is reduced by increasing age,and the cement mortar strength can meet the standard of portland cement of 42.5 R grade.Therefore,steel slag powder as a replacement for cement in preparing RPC is practicable.
