摘要
针对清扫车驱动滚筒易损坏问题,对其进行了结构设计。分析了驱动滚筒在工作中的受力情况,应用Pro/E建立了实体模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行结构静力和动力特性分析,确定周期性激振力及离心力对动力特性的影响。驱动滚筒的强度和刚度均满足设计要求,滚筒工作转速避开了共振区,离心力对滚筒的动力影响较小,保证了驱动滚筒的工作可靠性和使用寿命,可为清扫车驱动滚筒及同类产品的设计提供参考。
Aiming at deficiencies in the design of belt conveyor′s driving drum of sweeper,structure design and stress analysis are carried on.The pressing of the driving drum at work is analyzed.Its physical model is established with Pro/E.The static intensity analysis and dynamic analysis are done with finite element analysis software ANSYS and the influences of the periodic exciting force and the centrifugal forces are determined.The strength and stiffness of the driving drum can meet the requirements.The working speeds of the driving drum avoid the resonance region.The influence of the centrifugal force is faint to the driving drum′s dynamic characteristic.These optimizations ensure the working reliability and service life,which provides a reference to the design of sweeper′s driving drum and similar products.
