以N-(2′,6′-二甲基苯基)-2-哌啶酰胺为起始原料,经烷基化、拆分、成盐合成盐酸左布比卡因,总收率19%.
Levobupivacaine hydrochloride,a local anaesthetic,was synthesized from N-（2＇,6＇-dimethyl phenyl）-2-piperidine amide via a series of steps such as alkylation,resolution and salification,with an overall yield of 19%.
