HPLC法测定小儿清热止咳口服液中苦杏仁苷的含量

Determination of amygdalin in Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立小儿清热止咳口服液中苦杏仁苷含量的测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为210 nm.结果苦杏仁苷浓度在4～48μg·mL-1间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),苦杏仁苷平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.86%(n=6).结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,可以用于小儿清热止咳口服液中苦杏仁苷的质量控制.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of amygdalin in Xiaoer Qingre Zhike Oral Liquid.Methods The samples were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（10∶ 90）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The linear range of amygdalin was 4～48 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery for amygdalin was 98.6% with the RSD=1.86%（n=6）.Conclusion This method was simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
