Determination of dexamethasone in Dexamethasone Linimentum by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定醋酸地塞米松搽剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量.方法采用Agilent高效液相色谱仪,流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60),流速1.5mL·min-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温:35℃.结果醋酸地塞米松在7.812～85.932μg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,回收率为99.3%.结论本法可准确测定醋酸地塞米松搽剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量,适用于产品的质量控制.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of dexamethasone in Dexamethasone Linimentum.Methods The Agilent high performance liquid chromatograph was adopted.The acetonitrile-water（40∶ 60） were used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.5 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 240 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results The dexamethasone showed a good linearity within the range of 7.812～85.932 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 9 and the average recovery was 99.3%.Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of dexamethasone in Dexamethasone Linimentthe and it was suitable to control quality of the product as well.
