Determination of baicalin in Yinqin Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定茵芩口服液中黄芩苷含量的方法.方法色谱柱为InertsilODS-SP(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(45∶55);检测波长为280 nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1.结果黄芩苷在0.061～1.830mg(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.82%,RSD为1.2%.结论本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于茵芩口服液的质量控制.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yinqin Oral Liquid.Methods Sample was separated on Inertsil ODS-SP（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）column and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid（45∶ 55）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.061～1.830 mg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 102.82% with the RSD was 1.2%.Conclusion The method was simple,fast,reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Yinqin Oral Liquid.
