To describe the effect of abnormal toxicity test for drug safety evaluation.According to the present status of drug factories internal and abroad,the enforcement of Chinese Pharmecopeia（2010 edition） and the development of science and technology of international pharmacy,the significance of abnormal toxicity test for drug control was discussed.
