摘要
同一型号的超超临界1 000 MW机组分别采用海水开式循环和冷却塔闭式循环这两种不同的循环水冷却方式后,不仅对循环水泵选型提出了不同的要求,而且还引起了凝汽器类型和冷却面积、设计压力等方面的优化设计差异。通过对2台1 000 MW机组采用不同方式的循环水系统设计参数和试验结果分析,对循环水泵、凝汽器等冷端设备的性能参数进行差异比较,进而对整机运行性能的影响程度作出评估,并提出冷端设备优化调整方面的建议。
The adoption of the circulating water cooling methods of the seawater open circulation and cooling tower closed circulation for the ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW units of the same model not only leads to the different requirements for circuiting water pump selection,but also results in the optimization design differences in terms of condenser type,cooling area,design pressure etc.Through the analysis of the design parameters and test results of the different circulating water systems adopted for two 1 000 MW units,this paper compares the performance parameter differences between circulating water pump,condenser and other cold-end equipments,evaluates the influence on the operation performance of the whole unit and offers the proposals for the optimization of cold-end equipments.
