摘要
介绍了循环水泵双速改造后的冷端优化试验情况,并结合理论分析对凝汽器进行了变工况计算。在理论计算过程中,引入了凝汽器传热综合修正因子对别尔曼公式的传热系数进行了修正,使计算结果更加符合实际试验情况,取得了较好的效果。根据循环水泵双速改造后增加了高、低速切换运行功能的实际情况,重新进行冷端优化计算,得出不同机组负荷、不同循环水进水温度条件下的循环水泵最优组合,分析了循环水泵双速改造后可能产生的经济效益。
This paper introduces the optimization tests of cold-end system after the double-speed retrofit of the circulating water pump and carries out the calculation of variable working condition for the condenser through the theoretical analysis.It modifies the BTИ heat transfer coefficient by introducing the comprehensive correction factor of condenser heat transfer during theoretical calculation to make the calculation result conform to actual test situation and the desirable effect is achieved.The cold-end system optimization calculation is performed again according to the actual situation that high and low-speed switching operation function is added after the retrofit.The optimal combination under different unit loads and circulating water inlet temperatures is obtained and the economic benefit after the retrofit is analyzed.
