摘要
目的探讨永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后的常见并发症发生原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法对某院2009年561例永久心脏起搏器植入的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析术中及术后的效果和并发症。结果561例患者手术均获成功,电极导管定位指标及参数均较满意,患者术前症状很快消失或得到不同程度的缓解。结论加深对起搏器常见并发症的了解,重视术前预防,术中规范操作,加强术后随访,早期发现积极处理各种并发症,可将并发症减少到最低限。
Objective To explore the causes of common complications after pacemaker implantation and its preventive and treatment measures.Methods 561 cases who had undergone implantation of permanent pacemakers were followed up,and the therapeutic effect and complications of intra-operation and post-operation were analyzed.Results All cases succeeded in implantation.The pre-operative symptom disappeared soon or relieved in different degrees.Conclusion The incidence of complications of pacemaker implantation could be significantly lowered by deeper understanding of the common complications,emphasizing the prevention of pre-operation,standardizing operation procedures,strengthening the follow-up of post-operation,and diagnosing and treating the complications earlier.
