光斑模型对激光冲击成形性能的影响 被引量:4

The effect of spot model on the formability of laser shock forming

摘要 针对激光冲击成形中成形区存在不均匀性的缺点,提出了采用环形光斑模型改善板料成形性能的方法,并将此光斑模型与均匀分布和高斯分布的光斑模型加以对比,初步论证了利用环形光斑模型的优越性。 To meet the demand of uniform formability during laser shock forming,in this paper,circular spot model is used to improve the performance of sheet forming.Compared with the spot model of uniform distribution and Gaussian distribution,circular spot model proves its superiority.
