抗菌肽S807对水产动物的生物活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为测定抗菌肽S807(强生肽C)对水产动物抗病、促生长功效以及生产应用价值。首选药敏试验结果表明,抗菌肽S807对大肠杆菌K99、金黄色葡萄球菌CowanⅠ和枯草芽孢杆菌最小抑菌菌浓度分别为0.78、3.12和6.25μg/mL。选择大黄鱼、真鲷、白鲢、草鱼、花鲢鱼和青虾为实验动物,在基础日粮中添加强生肽S807150mg/kg。监测实验鱼虾成活率、日增重、饵料投入比等生产性能比较指标。结果显示,抗菌肽S807对实验鱼虾成活率平均提高10%以上,青虾养殖效果显著。 In order to test the efficiency of antibiotic, six kinds of aquatic animals were fed with antibiotic peptide S807(Qiangshengtai C)150 mg/kg diet or 15 mg/L. The survival rate,weight gain and other growth performance index were recorded. The results showed that the survival rate was increased more than 10%, and average daily gain and 667 m2 yield were significantly raised, especially for freshwater shrimp.
