摘要
针对高速轨道车设计引起的车体钢结构动态特性下降的问题,以国内的最高速度160 km/h轨道车车体钢结构为研究对象,依据车辆动力学相关理论及仿真分析技术,分析计算车体结构的动态性能,并就这一问题提出几点解决思路。分析结果表明,在整备状态下车体满足相关标准的要求,为使其动态特性更好,需对车体进行尺寸和结构优化。
Against the problem of high-speed rail car body steel structure dynamic characteristics declining,the model of the steel structure of car body for domestic 160 km/h track car was studied.Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics and finite element simulation techniques,the dynamic characteristics of car body were analyzed,improving means of car body dynamic performances were put forward.The results showed that the car body satisfied the technic specification.In order to make dynamical characteristic of ar body better,the dimension and structure of car body should be optimized yet.
