窄谱中波紫外线联合药物治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合消银颗粒及复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法治疗组以窄谱中波紫外线照射隔日1次,1个月为1个疗程;并冲服消银颗粒3.5 g,3次/d;外用复方氟米松软膏2次/d。对照组不用窄谱中波紫外线照射,其他治疗与治疗组相同。结果有效率治疗组91%,对照组76%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线照射联合消银颗粒及复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著。
