血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒56例体会 被引量：2

摘要 百草枯是吡啶类除草剂,在酸性及中性溶液中稳定,遇碱分解,易溶于水,在土壤中迅速与土壤结合而纯化,是一种快速灭生性除草剂。百草枯对人毒性极大,经呼吸道吸入、皮肤接触或误服均可造成中毒,且无特效药,它通过影响人体能量代谢,产生过氧化氢等自由基造成肺肾肝等脏器损害,重者可致多器官功能衰竭,中毒致死量小,
