国产与进口磷酸氟达拉滨治疗CLL的效价比较

摘要 慢性淋巴细胞白血病（chronic lymphocytic leukemia，CLL）是老年人高发的一种恶性淋巴细胞增生性疾病。有研究报道磷酸氟达拉滨联合利妥昔单克隆抗体为主的化疗方案在治疗CLL方面疗效较佳。笔者在利妥昔单克隆抗体等化疗用药基础上，分别加用国产磷酸氟达拉滨（广东岭南制药）和进口磷酸氟达拉滨（拜耳医药）治疗CLL，现将疗效和费用作一比较。
