知识产权已成为我国科技创新的重要支点,通过知识产权与企业发展的关系,对我国体育用品业如何提升国际竞争力进行研究。采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国体育用品业的发展现状及存在的问题与影响我国体育用品业国际竞争力提升的知识产权因素进行分析,并提出相应对策。分析认为:加强政策支持力度、行业自律、知识产权的保护和运用,促进体育用品业集约化发展,提高自主知识产权和核心技术的研发能力是提升我国体育用品业国际竞争力的主要对策。

Intellectual property has become an important fulcrum of scientific and technological innovation. This article researches on intellectual property enhancing the international competitiveness of China Sporting Goods Industry, through the relationship between intellectual property and enterprise development. Using literature, logical analysis on China Sporting Goods Industry Development and Problems and effects of sports goods industry to enhance the international competitiveness of the intellectual property factors were analyzed, and propose countermeasures. Analysts believe ： strengthen policy support, industry self - regulation, intellectual property protection and using, to promote the development of intensive sports goods industry, to improve intellectual property rights and core technology research and development capability is to enhance our international competitiveness of sports goods industry＇s main countermeasures.
