摘要
近年来,全球重大自然灾害事件不断发生,中国也不例外,如何提高大学生面临自然灾害时的应对能力是值得关注的问题。运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、实验法等方法,依据认知心理学相关理论通过对南京某高校2010级新生开展防灾综合心理训练实验,研究结果:实验组SCL-90总分、躯体化、抑郁、偏执、SAS总分和SDS总分等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),结论:防灾综合心理训练有助提高大学生心理应激能力。
In recent years, the global major natural disasters of events take place continuously. As these happen, China is no exception. So, how to improve the coping capacities of college students when they arc faced with natural disasters is an important research problem. This article utilizes the methods such as the literature material law, investigation method, probability method , experimentation and so on, bases on the related theory of cognitive psychology,carries out the comprehensive mental training of disaster prevention experiment in the 2010 freshmen of a university in Nanjing City. The research results are: the experimental group SCL 90 total score, somatization, depressed, stubborn,the total score of SAS, the total score of SDS and so on. This index were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The conclusion is : the comprehensive mental training of disaster prevention helps to improve the psyehological stress ability of college students.
