从中韩射箭运动比较探我国青少年射箭运动之发展

射箭项目是我国竞技体育潜优势项目,肩负着2012年伦敦奥运会夺取奖牌甚至金牌的重任。青少年是祖国的未来,青少年射箭运动员是射箭项目可持续发展的基础和保障。我国射箭青少年运动员在数量上是韩国射箭青少年运动员的三倍,但培养质量方面却远不如韩国。青少年射箭在全国的发展还受多方面因素的制约,如培养体系不健全、基础训练缺乏统一规划与管理、教练员综合执教能力不强等。针对存在的问题和薄弱环节,提出了几点建议。

Archery project is one of the most potential advantage competitive sports in China, which takes an important task to win the medals even gold medals on the 2012 London Olympic. Teenagers are the motherland future, and the teen archery athletes are the foundation of archery project~ sustainable development. We have three times young archery athletes than Korea while the training quality is much poor than Korea. Teenagers archery＇s developments are limited by many aspects in our country. For example, unsound training system, lacking unified planing and management in basis training and coaches are poor in Comprehensive coaching ability and so on. Below are some suggests Directing at above questions and vulnerable spots.
