Analysis and treatment of the excessive vibration of the chlorine compressor

以南宁化工股份有限集团公司2号氯气压缩机轴振动超标检修为例,对能引起轴振动超标的原因进行了系统分析,并提出了解决措施。运行结果表明,这些方法能有效降低设备故障,减少停产时间,提高产品质量和产量。

By taking the overhauling of No.2 chlorine compressor of Nanning Chemistry industry Co., Ltd., this paper introduces the methods for analyzing the reasons of the excessive vibration. A complete set of control methods for preventing excessive vibration of chlorine compressor was introduced. The results show that the relevant countermeasures can effectively reduce the equipments break down and enhance the quality and output of products. These methods was successfuly used.
