摘要
银行与消费者之间存在的是市场交易关系,作为交易的相对方,两者往往存在一定的对立关系,但银行追求利益的经营与消费者权益保护有冲突也有相互促进的方面,银行安全稳健经营的目标与消费者权益保护具有内在统一性。
The relations between the bank and the customers are the relations of market transactions. As two opposite sides, they are often in an antagonistic relation. The banks, however, in seeking their own benefits in business, besides getting into clashes with the interest of the customers, they can also cause some mutual promotion with the consumers. There is an internal unity between the bank' s goal of safe and steady business running and the protection of the consumers' interest.
