良性政治主体的构建——基于对“公民”和“人民”范畴演进的考察

The Construction of Positive Political Participants——An Investigation into the Evolution of the Concepts of "Citizens" and "the People"

公民社会的兴起在当下中国产生了日益强烈的政治参与要求,现代化与法制化进程加快了这一趋势。"人民"这一概念对中国革命的胜利意义巨大,而"公民"的自主性与"人民"的整体内涵之间存在着内在的张力,认为两者可以自行融合的想法是不切实际的。而只强调其中一个而拒斥另一个的做法在当下也已经不具可行性,更无法化解矛盾。梳理两个范畴的演进,清除对其逻辑起点与理论渊源模糊片面的认识,勾勒出切合实际的良性的政治主体的形象,对当前的政治发展具有重要的理论意义与现实价值。

At present,the rise of the civil society in China has generated increasingly strong demands for political participation,whose trend has been sped up by the progress of modernization and rule of law.The concept of the people has a great impact on the victory of the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,while there exists an internal strain between citizens＇ autonomy and people＇s integral implications.It is unrealistic to assume that the two can be automatically integrated while it is equally in feasible to emphasize one and reject the other currently,which will unavoidably make it even harder to solve the contradictions.It is,therefore,of great theoretical significance and practical value to comb the evolution of these two concepts,remove the one-side understanding about the logical starting point and theory sources,and outline the image of practical positive political participants for the development of current politics.
