摘要
采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)建构高校教师胜任力模型,利用自编问卷从学生的角度对此模型进行了验证。高校教师的胜任力模型有以下六个因子构成:研究特征、服务特征、教学技能特征、认知特征、学生导向特征、人格特征。基于构建的胜任力模型,提出了高校实施教师评价的建议。
Behavioral Event Interview(BEI) is employed to construct the competency model of college teachers,which has been tested with questionnaires compiled from the students' point of view.Competency Model of college teachers is composed of the following six factors: research features,service features,teaching skills features,cognitive features,students-oriented features,and personality features.Based on Competency Model,the paper has come up with some suggestions about the implementation of college teachers' evaluation.
