摘要
对亚硝酸钠在食品中的使用进行了简单的介绍,提出了亚硝酸钠在生产使用过程中生产者及监管部门应当注意和遵循的规范,并对消费者食用含有亚硝酸钠食品作出了指导。
The using of sodium nitrite in food was introduced. The provisions of the application regulations of sodium nitrite in food were suggested for the food producers and regulators. Guidance to the foods contained sodium nitrite for the consumers was given.
