摘要
师范生教师职业认同的形成是个人环境和高等师范院校及基础教育机构等相关组织共同作用的结果。培育师范生的教师职业认同必然是个系统工程,高等师范教育应从提高师范生技能和实践两环节入手,以社会、学校营造尊师重教的良好社会风尚为配合,改革师范生的培养模式,培育师范生教师职业认同。
Individual and organization environment affect together formation of teacher's professional identity of normal university student.Cultivation is a systematic project,higher-level normal education should begin from enhancing the pedagogical skill and the practice,building good social morality of honors the teacher and respects education,reforming normal university students' training pattern,cultivating the teacher's professional identity of normal university student.
