摘要
本论文从食品科学与工程专业的定位、后期教学的内容设计、学生毕业就业情况统计与分析、存在问题、后期教学基地的建立与建设以及师资队伍的培育及强化建设等方面进行讨论,对广西中医学院的食品科学与工程专业后期教学进行设计与思考,以期达到构建合理的后期教学体系,培养合格的食品科学与工程专业实用型人才的目的。
Food science and engineering orientation,contents of graduation practice course,statistic analysis and existent problems of graduated students' employment,establishment and development of practice base,training and constructing of teachers were discussed in this paper in order to develop the frame and approach of graduation practice course in food science and engineering,so that the systems of graduation practice could be well constructed and pragmatic students with ability of food science and engineering could be well educated.
