摘要
随着高等教育的大众化,大学对管理的需求逐渐凸显。然而,要真正发挥管理在推动大学发展方面的作用,需要充分调动行政管理人员的积极性。在对地方性综合大学行政管理人员激励现状的调研中发现,现状不容乐观,主要表现在大学行政管理人员对自身工作的满意度不高,对工作评价标准的认知比较模糊等几个方面。
With the popularization of higher education,the demand of management becomes more and more obvious for the university.It needs to excite the enthusiasm of the administrative staff for the management to play a real part in promoting the development of university.In the research of the incentive situation of local comprehensive university administrative staff,it is found that the status quo is not optimistic.For example,the level of their job satisfaction is not high;the cognition of work evaluation standard is fuzzy and so on.
