当前,中国正处于把握经济增长机遇和进行低碳转型的两难选择之中。必须既遵循经济社会发展与气候保护的一般规律,顺应发展低碳经济的潮流和趋势,同时还要根据中国的基本国情和国家利益,寻找一条协调长期与短期利益、权衡各类政策目标、谋求双赢的低碳发展路径。本文通过对低碳经济的路径的选择及任楼煤矿发展要求的分析,最终得出任楼煤矿发展低碳经济的必走节能减排之路。
