不同灌水处理对马铃薯块茎品质及产量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了研究水分对马铃薯块茎的品质与产量的影响,进行了马铃薯覆膜与露地滴灌的田间试验.结果表明:在灌溉定额一定灌水次数不同的条件下,马铃薯块茎的淀粉、还原糖、干物质含量都呈灌2次水>灌1次水>灌3次水>不灌水的规律;在灌水次数一定灌溉定额不同时,灌溉定额越大,马铃薯块茎的淀粉、还原糖和干物质含量越大;在试验条件下,覆膜滴灌的马铃薯块茎淀粉含量、还原糖含量和干物质含量均大于露地滴灌的;马铃薯灌溉定额与产量成显著相关,块茎的淀粉、还原糖和干物质含量与产量均呈极显著相关关系,说明淀粉、还原糖和干物质含量越高,马铃薯块茎的产量越高,增加灌溉定额,有助于产量的提高. By carrying out the field trials of drip irrigation with mulch cover and without mulch cover of potato,we observed the effect of different treatment of drip irrigation on quality and yield of potato.The results showed that,fixed a certain number of irrigation under different conditions of irrigation,the law of seed potato starch,sugar,dry matter content were tested 2 times irrigation water1 irrigation water3 times irrigation waterno irrigation;Fixed a certain Irrigation quota under different conditions of number,the more irrigation water,the higher the potato of starch,sugar and dry matter content;Under the experimental conditions,the potato of drip irrigation with mulch cover,reducing starch,sugar and dry matter content were higher than without mulch cover;The potato of irrigation quota,starch,sugar and dry matter content were all positively correlated to yield.The more starch,sugar and dry matter content,the higher the potato of yield.Increase irrigation quota,to help increase the yield.
