摘要
以天津地铁盾构区间隧道近距离下穿某砖木结构风貌建筑为背景,采用PKPM软件预判和现场监测相结合的方法,对新建隧道施工所引起的邻近砖木结构风貌建筑物的沉降进行深入研究.分析了盾构下穿建筑物前、下穿过程及离开后3个不同阶段的建筑物沉降变化情况,并提出了在盾构施工过程中控制结构沉降所采取的必要措施,为今后类似工程提供借鉴.
Based on a certain constructing running shield tunnel of Tianjin metro down-crossing close to a bricky timberwork historic building,using the PKPM software analysis and site monitoring method,the foundation characteristics of the bricky timberwork building affected by the constructing shield tunnel are studied.In different construction stages,the variations of settlement of the building are analyzed.And the paper introduced that certain measures should be taken,in order to control settlement of the building,in construction running shield tunnel.The conclusion would be helpful for the future similar shield tunneling projects.
