生态环境适应是一项普遍的自然与社会法则。农民专业合作社作为一种新生组织形式,在其发展过程中必然会面临竞争与合作、有利与不利等各种环境问题,所处组织生态环境包括经济环境、社会环境和自然环境。为了保证农民专业合作社的持续发展,应当实施科学管理,促进合作社对经济环境的适应;准确理解执行政策法规,提高宣传力度,促进合作社的健康发展;拓展融资渠道,保障合作社适应社会环境;重绿色经营,保护自然环境,提升产品价值。从而增强其对组织生态环境的适应能力,提高合作社对资源的利用效率和竞争能力。

Ecological environmental adaptation is a universal law of nature and society. As a newly-born form of organization ,farmer professional cooperatives are bound to face competition and cooperation in the course of their development and also various favorable and unfavorable environmental problems in which ecological environment includes economic, social and natural environment. To ensure the sustainable development of farmer professional co- operatives,efforts should be taken to promote cooperatives to adapt to the economic environment by implementing scientific management;to promote the sound development of cooperatives by accurately understanding, implementing policies and regulations and enhancing publicity efforts;to guarantee cooperatives to adapt to the social environment by expanding financing channels; to enhance the value of products by emphasizing green management and protecting natural environment. Thereby the ability of farmer professional cooperatives to adapt to ecological environment could be enhanced and efficiency of cooperative use of resources and its competitiveness could be improved as well.
