当前,中国村民自治中存在村民民主意识、参与意识不强,政务信息不公开、监督乏力和组织管理无力,干部滥用职权等问题。巴黎公社的组织原则、组织措施与政策和管理措施给这些问题的解决提供了一定的启示。

Today in villagers self-governance in China, there exist problems including villagers＇ weak democratic awareness and weak sense of participation, secrecy of government affairs information, weak surveillance and incapable organization and powers abuse by cardres. The organization principles, organization measures and management measures of the Paris Commune actually have provided certain enlightenment to solve these problems in China.
