摘要
西安大学生药家鑫开车撞人后杀人案件引起社会各界对中国高等教育的关注和质疑，就我国当前高等教育思想道德和法制教育的现状进行了分析，指出了存在的主要问题，提出了从多方面改变高校思想道德和法制教育现状的思路。
The Widespread attentions from the public to Chinese higher education spark recently as Yao Jiaxin, a 21 - year - old college student knocked down a cyclist and stabbed her to death while driving. This paper an- alyzes the status quo of moral and legal education in China College education, and then the main problems are pointed out and the ideas of changing moral and legal education of higher education in China are proposed.
