摘要
以共轭亚油酸甲酯为原料,与SeO2反应,经可能的新反应机制合成了4个新的双羟基衍生物,分别是9,10(erythro)-双羟基-11E-十八碳烯酸甲酯,10,11(erythro)-双羟基-12E-十八碳烯酸甲酯,11,12(erythro)-双羟基-9E-十八碳烯酸甲酯和12,13(erythro)-双羟基-10E-十八碳烯酸甲酯,采用半制备正相高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,用LC/MS-MS和NMR对化合物结构进行鉴定,分析化合物的化学位移变化规律和质谱裂解规律,阐明其谱学特征。
Four di-hydroxy derivatives, including methyl ester of erythro-12, 13-dihydroxy- 10E-oetade- eenoic acid, erythro-11, 12-dihydroxy-9E-octadecenoic acid, erythro-10, 11-dihydroxy- 12E- oetadecenoic acid and erythro-9, 10-dihydroxy-llE-octadecenoic acid, were synthesized from methy ester of conjugated linoleic acid by the reaction of CLA methyl ester with SeO2. The products were purified by semi-normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and their chemical structures were characterized by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).
