摘要
介绍一种用于精密冲裁成形的大型液压精冲机的研制。其机身采用焊接的框架式对称结构以保证良好的刚度;滑块导向采用中心导向加八面导轨辅助定位以提高抗偏载能力;液压系统采用充液阀、蓄能器和先进的插装阀系统,实现压力与流量的精确控制;电气控制系统采用工业触摸屏加PLC联合控制。把各项先进技术和研究方法集成创新,应用于精冲机的研制之中,提出精冲机的设计方案。
The research and manufacture of a large-scale hydraulic fine-blanking press was introduced. Welding frame structure was adopted to ensure good stiffness. Center oriented and 8-sides guide rail were used for the guiding mechanism to improve the capacity of eccentric loading. The prefilled valve, accumulator and advanced cartridge valve system were used to achieve precise control of the pressure and flow in the hydraulic system. Combination control of PLC and touch panel were adopted for the electric control system. Through applying the advanced technologies and methods to the research and manufacture of the fine-blanking press, the design scheme was proposed.
