摘要
针对多种尺寸特种车辆底盘的焊点多、焊缝短以及焊接设备要具有对这些底盘焊接的通用性,设计一款具有柔性可调底盘的自动化焊接设备。该焊接设备由龙门架、翻转机构和焊接机械手三大部分组成;由PLC进行运动控制,由光电编码器进行位置检测;采用触屏式人机界面,可方便快捷地设置和修改工艺参数。实践证明:该焊接设备可较好地解决特种车辆底盘焊接焊点多、焊缝短、焊缝姿态多、底盘尺寸种类多的难题。
According to the variety of sizes of special vehicle chassis and special welding technology, such as more solder joints and short welding seam, a new automatic welding equipment with flexible and adjustable chassis was designed. This equipment had three mechanical components of gantry crane, tilting mechanism and welding robot. PLC was used for motion control. Optical encoder was used for position detection. Touch-screen interface through which parameters could be easily and quickly set and modified was also adopted. It is demonstrated in practice that the welding problems of more solder joints, short welding seams, more poses of welding seams and variety of chassis sizes can be solved by using this equipment.
