摘要
建立了垂直伸长铣头传动系统的模型,对传动系统传动轴的径向变形进行了分析与研究,通过对主传动轴加强刚度,以及加强中间段支承后,在大功率大扭矩条件下,增大了垂直伸长铣头的功率,并改善了轴承寿命、损伤情况和主轴变形情况。
A driving system model of vertical extended milling head is established. The drive shaft of the radial deformation was analyzed and studied. By strengthened the stiffness of the main transmission shaft and enhanced the middle section of support, in the high-power and high-torque conditions, the power of the vertical milling head elongation was increased. The bearing life, injuries and deformation of the spindle are improved.
