加工中心的性能很大程度上取决于进给伺服系统的性能,因此研究和开发高性能的伺服进给系统,是加工中心设计成败的关键之一。详细分析了立式加工中心进给系统的设计方法和步骤,介绍加工中心伺服电机的选择与计算,对进给系统的精度和刚度进行了验算,保证了设计的可靠性。
It is a key fact for NC machining center to have a servo feed system with high performance. An integrated design method of servo feed system on a vertical machining center was studied and developed. Its design method and procedure were analyzed in detail. How to choose ball screw and servo motor was introduced and the rigidity and accuracy of the servo feed system were verified. The reliability of the design is ensured.
