摘要
基于液压机械液压系统,设计一种液压油污染物净化器。该净化器通过预处理油路和离心式分离器对液压系统中的污染物如水、空气和固体颗粒进行分步净化和清除。通过此净化器可分离液压系统中出现的大部分污染物,从而保证液压机械的正常运转。
A kind of hydraulic oil purifier was designed for hydraulic system of hydraulic machinery. The purifier was consisted by the pretreatment oil circuit and the centrifugal separator. Water, air and solid particles in hydraulic oil can be effectively removed with this purifier step hy step. Most of the pollutants in the hydraulic oil can be removed. Therefore it is ensured that the hydraulic machinery works well.
