摘要
为解决目前精确对位建筑型钢组对机工作时液压系统漏油现象严重、反应速度慢、生产效率低下等问题,在分析组对机夹紧装置工作原理的基础上,采用电液比例同步速度控制技术对其液压控制系统进行优化设计,构建液压控制系统数学模型,并对控制系统的动态特性进行仿真分析,取得了满意的效果。
The problems of serious oil leakage, low reaction rate and low productive efficiency are existed when accurate matched structural section multi-purpose machine works, To solve the problems, on the basis of analyzing operating principle of clamping device in multi-purpose machine, the hydraulic control system was optimally designed with electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous speed control technology. The mathematical model of hydraulic control system was constructed. The dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic control system was analyzed with simulation. The desired effect was reached by those measures.
