Influence of Solvents on the PVDF Air Membrane Properties

摘要 研究了相转化法制备PVDF空气滤膜时,不同的单一溶剂,不同的用量及混合溶剂对PVDF空气滤膜性能的影响。通过测定所成膜的风阻和孔隙率对PVDF空气滤膜的性能进行评价。结果表明单一溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)在65 mL用量时所制得的膜与混合溶剂DMAc∶DMF∶NMP为15∶16∶17所制得的膜孔隙率分别为91.23%与87.11%,风阻分别为167.2 Pa与180 Pa,已基本符合工业化应用的要求。 The action of different solvents, different usage of the solvents and mixed solvents on PVDF film by the phase of separation method is discussed. The properties of the PVDF membrane measured by the porosity of film and the air resistance. The results shown that the membrane with the production of the single solvent system DMAc 65mL or the mixed solvent DMAc: DMF: NMP for 15: 16:17 obtained by the porosity of the membrane were 87. 11% and 91.23% respectively,the windage of Membrane were 167.2Pa and 180Pa, which has been basically in line with the requirements of industrial application.
