摘要
以2-硝基苯甲醇为原料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,负载型Ni为催化剂,采用液相催化加氢制备了2-氨基苯甲醇,考察了溶剂种类、温度、压力和催化剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明,该反应的最优化的工艺条件是:以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,反应温度50~60℃,反应压力1.5MPa,m(催化剂)/m(2-硝基苯甲醇)=1∶10。在此条件下,产品收率可达到93.2%。
Using 2 - nitrobenzyl alcohol as raw material, ethyl acetate as solvent, supported - Ni catalyst as catalyst, the 2 - aminobenzyl alcohol is prepared by liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation. The effects of different solvents, reaction temperature, pressure and the amount of activator are studied. The result shows the optimized technology is as follows:ethyl acetate as solvent, temperature is 50 - 60℃, pressure is 1.5 MPa,m( eatalyst)/m(2- nitrobenzyl alcohol) is 1 : 10. Under this condition,the yield of the product is 93.2%.
