摘要
采用气升式环流反应器作为曝气装置,研究了其处理石化废水的有效性,及不同操作参数对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,气升式环流反应器能够有效用于石化废水的生物处理,出水能够达到石化废水国家二级排放标准。驯化后活性污泥中出现丰富的微生物相,降解反应过程符合一级反应动力学模型。活性污泥浓度和水力停留时间对降解反应有重要影响,且存在最佳的操作参数范围。相较传统处理技术,气升内环流反应器具有曝气效率高、处理效果好,停留时间短,占地面积少等优点,值得进一步开展工业规模的可行性研究。
Using air - lift loop reator as aeration device, the effectiveness of treatment for petrochemical wastewater and the effect of various operation parameters to wastewater treatment are studied. The result shows, air - lift loop reator can used to biological treatment of petrochemical wastewater, the water exit reaches the protrochemical wastewater national secondary emission standard, the activated sludge after ac- climated appear rich microbial morphology, the degradation reaction process accord with first order reac- tion kinetics model. The activated sludge concentration and hydraulic retention time has important influ- ence to degradation reaction, and existing a optimal operation parameters. Compared with traditional treat- ment, the air - lift loop reactor has advantages such as high aeration efficiency, good treatment effect, short dwell time, small occupation area, etc. It is worthy of developing feasibility study of industrial scale.
